| (A) |
The contract shall not cover visits / replacement
of parts the following circumstances |
| (a) |
Damage caused to the equipment due to floods,
fire. Accident, riot, breakage, pest misuse, improper of negligent
use, tempering leakage from pipes, etc. |
| (b) |
Damage caused to the equipment to failure to
observe the operating instructions and precautions as mentioned
in User Manuel. |
| (c) |
Defects due to usage of non-recommended spares |
| (d) |
Visit for customers re-training or for re-installation
at a different location. |
| (e) |
Defects / Failure resulting from servicing /
repairs done by a person other than tho authorized representative
of Aqua Tech Services |
| (f) |
Where this equipments is under use for more
than 8 hours a day continuously, unless otherwise agreed in
writing by Aqua Tech Services |
| 1) |
Once contract made. That will not be cancelled
or refundable. |

With regards to repairing the exitinf worm -
out / defective part(s) or replacing he same. And ascertaining
the presence of above circumstances. The decision of Aqua
Tech Services shall be final. |

In any such event. Aqua Tech Services will submitted
a prior estimate for approval or bill. For the work carried
out at the prevailing rates. |
| (B) |
The equipment must be in a good working condition,
and the same to be certified by the authorized representative
of Aqua Tech Services before services be. For these contract
become effective. The customer shall be paid the necessary
charges in the instants for the vendering the equipment so
workable, for which Aqua Tech Services submit and estimated
for approval. This clause does not apply it a contract is
renewed from the next of termination of the warranty period
or previous contract period. |
| (C) |
Every visit by our authorized services technician
will be made with reasonable time from receipt of a complaint
breakdown of an equipment and will be made only during working
hours or our services department and no visit will be made
on Sunday / holidays. |
| (D) |
The liability of Aqua Tech Services shall be
limited to providing service and replacing spares as covered
by these contract and Aqua Tech Services shall not be liable
for damages, death, injuries or any consiquental damages of
whatsoever nature to any person or a property. By use operation

| (E) |
Contract charges are payable by cash or cheque
/ DD favoring Aqua Tech Services in advance and payment shall
accompany the signed copy of contract and such a payment shall
be realized before the committmance of the period. |
| (F) |
